All our watches are packaged appropriately and are fully insured to make sure they do not get damaged throughout transit. We have never had an incident with a customer receiving a damaged watch as we take all care and precautions needed to insure your watch arrives to you safely.

All UK Purchases are sent using Fedex which guarantees to have your watch with you next day signed for and fully insured.

International purchases will be sent using Fedex which to most countries it should be 24-48 hours depending on customs clearance.
