We believe that a customer should be able to see the watch in hand and try it on before making a final decision on whether they should keep the watch or not. After all your happiness is all that matters when it comes to buying a luxury high end watch. All purchases made online, by email or over the phone are covered by our 14 days no questions asked return policy, you are guaranteed a full refund within this period as long as the item is returned in the retail condition that it was sold in if you are not 100% gratified with your purchase.Please note, unless the item sold is faulty, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return postage, insurance and the payment processing fee of (2% for UK orders) / (5% for International orders) of the value of the item purchased.
