All our watches are packaged appropriately and are fully insured to make sure they do not get damaged through out transit. 

UK Deliveries: Watch will be sent using Fedex/Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery which will be fully insured and will require signature.

For international purchases : Watch will be sent using Fedex International Priority which guarantees the watch will be with you next day in most of Europe or within 2 days in any country outside Europe depending on customs clearance. (The parcel will be fully insured and signature will be required)

We see all our watches as a true long term life investment and that is why all our watches are tested thoroughly for the highest standards, if there is a fault with the watch you have purchased, be sure not to worry as all our watches come with a full 24 months Watch Collectors warranty for your own reassurance and peace of mind, this guarantee however, will be voided if the watch has been opened by a third party.

We believe that a customer should be able to see the watch in hand and try it on before making a final decision on whether they should keep the watch or not. After all your happiness is all that matters when it comes to buying a luxury high end watch. All purchases made online, by email or over the phone are covered by our 14 days no questions asked return policy, you are guaranteed a full refund within this period as long as the item is returned in the retail condition that it was sold in if you are not 100% gratified with your purchase. Please note, unless the item sold is faulty, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return postage, insurance and the payment processing fee of (2% for UK orders) / (5% for International orders) of the value of the item purchased. If the item has a mechanical fault on arrival, Watch Collectors are to be given a chance to repair and resend otherwise the above still applies. Please note that the 14 days return policy does not apply to purchases made directly at our physical premises as you have been given the chance to inspect and try the product prior to purchasing.

Unworn watches will only be accepted for return if they are returned exactly how they were sold with all the stickers that came on the watch (not removed) or if not as stated or they have a fault in some way.

All UK Purchases are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery which guarantees to have your watch with you by 1pm signed for and fully insured.

International purchases will be sent using Fedex Express Delivery which to most countries it should be 24hours. In Europe Fedex should have your watch delivered within 24hours. Regarding countries outside the EU, your watch will be in your country within 24hours and then depending on customs clearance.
